Rakè-cèka Îè (/ˈrakè/ /ˈcèka/ [mobile; portable] [crowd; audience]) is a temperate Large City located in the Myuegroth County of the Union of Engineers.

The name Rakè-cèka Îè is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Rakè-cèka Îè was founded by Zlëi, who was culturaly Iron Elvish.

Climate

Rakè-cèka Îè has a yearly average temperature of 17°C (62°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 10°C (50°F). Rakè-cèka Îè receives an average of 221 cm/y (87 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Overview

Rakè-cèka Îè was founded durring the late 11th century, by Zlëi. The establishment of Rakè-cèka Îè was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Zlëi electing to pay people to resettle in Rakè-cèka Îè.

Rakè-cèka Îè was built using the conventions of Iron Elvish durring the late 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Rakè-cèka Îè is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Rakè-cèka Îè is is constructed arround a series of broad gravel mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The city is the proud owner of a proper castle-style stone wall complete with all of the trimmings. It has towers, a moat, gatehouses, drawbridges, and even merticulationsshortsizeleadershipname.. Rakè-cèka Îè's perhapse unnessisarily well built defences has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

Rakè-cèka Îè has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Rakè-cèka Îè’s streets.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century a great windstorm struck Rakè-cèka Îè. Its winds were so great they picked up unsecured objects and flung them with enough force to smash brick and skull alike. Buildings collapsed under the gale, burying countless people alive. The storm's devistation was focused on the area arround Rakè-cèka Îè, which lost 187 people, 119, and 31 livestock in the disaster.. History remembers the strom as The Storm of Torment.
